Westbound traffic will be detoured to Gardner Street to Wade Avenue to Faircloth Street, and eastbound traffic will be detoured to Faircloth Street to Wade Avenue to Gardner Street. For residents of apartments along the south side of Hillsborough Street, access is available by way of Stanhope Avenue or Gorman Street to Sullivan Drive to Yarborough Drive.
Starting on Monday, June 11, the side streets along the corridor are scheduled to be milled and paved. This work will take place during the daytime hours with intermittent street closures. More information on these closures will be provided early next week.
